Membership Program – Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By registering for or using the Caesar Projects Membership Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Personal Use & Restrictions
The membership QR code is designated for personal use and is non‑transferable. Any unauthorized transfer, sharing, duplication, or illicit use of the QR code is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership, imposition of penalties, and revocation of all associated benefits and privileges.

3. Eligibility & Enrollment
- Membership is provided upon signing a sales agreement and paying applicable maintenance fees.
- Only Owners and Long‑Term Tenants (stays of 30+ days) are eligible. This includes privately rented units by owners and long‑term tenants of Afik Rental.
- Long‑Term Tenants must provide a registered long‑term rental agreement when applying for membership.
4. Short Stays & Owner Guests
Rental Office (Short‑Term Clients)
Short‑term clients of the Rental Office are eligible to enter all facilities with bracelets provided upon check‑in. Bracelets must be returned to reception upon check‑out.
Owner’s Guests (1–30 days)
Guests of owners staying 1–30 days may use all facilities after registering at the reception. The owner must provide a reservation confirmation or confirmation email including:
- Apartment name/number
- Vacation dates (arrival and departure)
- Full name and passport number of each guest
Important: Returning bracelets to the Membership Department is essential. No new bracelets will be issued until any previously issued bracelets are returned.

6. Review & Approval Time
Up to 2 working days may be required for the Membership Program Team to review submitted data and approve or reject an application.
7. Benefits & Discounts
Complimentary Access
Complimentary access to Caesar Projects public areas, including pools, playgrounds, sport courts, and fitness center.
Use of sports equipment requires good physical health. Individuals with a history of illness should refrain from attending the club. Responsibility for any accidents or complications lies solely with the individual.
Discounts
- Lucca Restaurant – 10% on whole menu (excluding alcohol)
- Caleo Restaurant – 10% on whole menu (excluding alcohol)
- Café Paris (Resort/Blue/Cliff) – no discount
- Azul Restaurant – 10% on whole menu (excluding alcohol)
- Caesar Beach Bar – no discount
- Pamukkale Bar – no discount
- Karaoke Bar/Disco – on resident’s birthday: 20% on whole menu (including alcohol)
- Vino Wine Bar & Tapas – no discount
- SPA Treatments – 10% on all spa treatments (hairdressing excluded)
- Cosmetology – 10% on selected cosmetology treatments
Discount eligibility: Discounts apply only to registered and approved residents. Non‑residing family members and friends are not eligible.
8. Use of Gyms, Fitness Centers, Saunas, Pools & Playgrounds
Acknowledgement of Risks
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, each member acknowledges that participation in physical exercise, training, swimming, or other activities at Caesar Projects facilities involves risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, contact with other participants, and effects of water and weather (including heat and humidity).
Agreement to Follow Instructions
Members agree to follow safety instructions provided by Caesar Projects staff and to use equipment, saunas, pools, and other facilities properly and as instructed.
Health Declaration
Members confirm they will participate only when in good health and without medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
Waiver of Liability
Members assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages—known or unknown—that may occur as a result of participation in activities at Caesar Projects facilities. Members knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim against Caesar Projects and associated entities, employees, instructors, and lifeguards for injuries or damages sustained while participating in these activities.
